Prepare your mixture in a CREAMi Deluxe tub, freeze it, then place the tub inside the machine and select the appropriate programme. Its motor-driven paddle processes the frozen base into a smooth dessert or refreshing frozen drink.
Yes. For recipes that require a frozen base, allow at least 24 hours of freezing before processing. The machine processes the frozen mixture rather than freezing fresh ingredients itself. Once your base is ready, processing takes just a few minutes, depending on the programme.
The NC502EU has 10 programmes: Ice Cream, Lite Ice Cream, Gelato, Sorbet, Milkshake, Mix-In, Frappe, Frozen Drink, Slushi and Frozen Yoghurt. Each programme uses settings suited to the type of dessert or drink you are preparing.
Each included Deluxe tub holds approximately 709 ml. The standard package contains two tubs with storage lids, so you can prepare different flavours in advance. The machine processes one tub at a time.
Yes. You control the ingredients, making it possible to prepare vegan, dairy-free and lower-sugar recipes. Start with Ninja’s recommended recipes to get the right balance of ingredients for a creamy texture.
Yes. For compatible scoopable desserts, the TOP and BOTTOM settings let you process separate portions. You can also use different mix-ins in each half to create two flavour combinations from the same base.

Yes. Milkshakes made using ready-made ice cream and milk do not require you to freeze a base overnight. Follow a suitable Ninja milkshake recipe and use the Milkshake programme.

Easy cleaning
The removable tubs, storage lids, outer bowl, outer bowl lid and paddle are dishwasher-safe. Separate the components and place them on the top rack, following the care instructions. Wipe the motor base clean with a damp cloth.
